In this experiment, we will demonstrate the reaction process of the RLXLP series of flexible non-conductive expansion sheets in a high temperature environment.
When the temperature reaches about 180°C, the material quickly starts its expansion mechanism, releasing a large amount of microporous thermal insulation foam, with an expansion ratio of up to 30 times, forming a dense and continuous fireproof layer in a short time. No expansion pressure is generated during the whole process, and it can be safely applied to parts that are sensitive to structural forces.
Thanks to its non-conductive properties, RLXLP sheets are particularly suitable for the periphery of electrical components, providing reliable protection for electrical fire protection.
